I watched a podcast on surfing, it is called "Surfing Temptation" and I learned the basic movements that the surfer needs to process to stand up on the board. The surfer needs to ram with his hands and then he needs to push with his hand and feet ton stand up on the board instantly. I also learned that the wave makes you flow fast without the surfer forcing the motion of the wave.
