Transparency International (TI) released November 17 in Berlin, its annual report on the Index of Corruption Perception Index (CPI). The same day, the secretary general of Transparency Morocco (TM), Rachid Filali Meknassi, held a press conference at the National Library in Rabat, to make the report public. The findings are alarming. The Morocco, which ranked 89th out of 180 countries continues its "descent into hell."
