Sidi M. El Ofir's American History Blog

Hello, My name is El Ofir Sidi Mohamed and I would like to introduce you to my blog. This is an American History blog where I talk about many achievements, accomplishments and other subjects.

The race will begin in Essaouira via Laayoune, Ouarzazate and back to Essaouira. Participants will discover a range of rich and varied landscapes. They will then discover in the first term of Aeropostale, and the shores of the Atlantic, the snowy peaks of the Atlas through the arid deserts of southern Morocco and the lush valley of the Draa.

This rally is aimed at discovering ULM (multi-axis, tilting fast and gyros) as well as land vehicles to ensure their support: cars, 4 x 4 trucks and assistance. Organizers said some 35 to 50 participants take part in this rally.
They are framed with 8 to 10 field technicians, responsible for providing leadership and security. The number of aircraft varies between 15 and 25 which must be added land vehicles.

Each discipline is headed by a technical specialist, assisted by Commissioners. The organization will liaise with local health authorities if necessary. The entire organization is connected by a radio communication system type of soil / ground and ground / air.
This rally is organized by Zinedine Sadaoui and Gilles Finet in coordination with the National Tourism Management of Civil Aeronautics, the National Airports Authority and with local authorities and the Atlas Travel Agency.

Unlike conventional aircraft for which security is based largely on material certification and supervision of pilots, aviation safety ULM based partly on the responsibility of drivers (as with all acts air traffic) and product liability which is the only guarantor of declarative technical dossier filed with the Board.
The counterpart of this "lack" of a prior inspection by the administration can make changes quickly and inexpensively. But the pilot ULM guarantees only the compliance with instructions for use and maintenance of the aircraft and, if making changes or changing parts deemed essential by the manufacturer is responsible for them.
